Details:
We are seeking two full time complementary and co-equal co-leaders to share in the leadership of Coastlands. One is focused on “Relational” matters; the other is focused on “Administrative” These co-leaders will have a complementary role in facilitating the presbytery’s vision as we create a missional community among the congregations and specialized ministries within the new presbytery. As this is a shared leadership model, the ability to collaborate, engage humbly, empower a team and equip committees are essential components. These leaders will need to be active listeners who engage non-judgmentally with curiosity and open-mindedness.
