The First Presbyterian Church of Hightstown, NJ is seeking a part-time Children and Youth Music Director beginning October 2024.
PURPOSE: To establish a repertoire of praise and worship music for children and youth.
OBJECTIVES: The children will develop:
- An appreciation for church music
- Play instruments that help develop an appreciation for different ways to make music
- Move to music to develop confidence in body and self
- A sense of Community
- $25/hour
- HOURS: 4 hours/week on Wednesday and 3 Sunday mornings total during the Kids Club year (2 hours contact + 2 hours for prep = 4 hours total per week)
- Spanish Speaking a plus
