Interim Pastor, First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury, NJ

The First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury is a historic and welcoming congregation in central New Jersey, just seven miles from Princeton and an hour from both New York City and Philadelphia. With roots dating back to 1734, we are deeply connected to a village community first settled in 1698.

Each Sunday, around 100 people worship with us in person or online. A significant number of our members have been church members for over 50 years. The church also has a youth initiative welcoming families from the surrounding area with vibrant educational programs. Our engaging worship service takes place in our beautiful and historic sanctuary which features music with an organist/choirmaster, adult choir, youth choirs, bells, and brass. We also offer youth and family programs that continue to grow. The congregation has just completed a successful capital campaign.

Our church is active in mission work through initiatives like Skeet’s Food Pantry, Helene’s Closet, Refugee Welcome Ministry,Cranbury Presbyterian Nursery School, and Cranbury 252, which explores our church’s connection to local African American history.
