The Transitional Pastor and Head of Staff will provide a balanced ministry of preaching, teaching, pastoral care and organizational leadership on a full-time basis while readying the church for a Designated Pastor to be hired.    We seek a compassionate leader with a genuine enthusiasm apparent in all they say and do, a motivator who is action oriented and full of energy to inspire us to be the best version of ourselves, while challenging us to think of new ways to address the emerging needs of the community.
