First Presbyterian Church of Ocean City, MD is seeking a full-time transitional pastor beginning in the spring of 2024. The session is currently identifying the needs for the transitional period, but it is clear and accepted that there will need to be difficult conversations as part of this period. In particular, Ocean City has become a resort destination with very few full-time residents and most church members live at a distance that is difficult to travel during the peak summer season.
